Hello, friends and friends-to-be!
Some of you may have noticed that the Stage on a Page blog has been eerily quiet for some time. I assure you, I am still actively seeing and responding to theatre! In the past couple of months, I have been updating the page, for your viewing pleasure.
Some backstory:
I started writing this blog in 2016. Miraculously, the website has managed to stay viewable and soft on the eyes as it has fallen farther out of date. However, as I move into my seventh (!!) year with this brand, it was time for a refresh
The new page experience is filled with new goodies. The Stage on a Page blog is still here and active - you can reach it by clicking the logo on the home page or the title in the menu bar. In addition, this now serves as an artist page for all of my work! From the main page or the menu bar, you can now access:
- The Stage on a Page blog, with the full backlog of previous reviews
- A complete portfolio of my acting and directing work
- Morbid Medley, a podcast for horror aficionados
- Kith & Kin Theatre Collective, my new theatre company (Be sure to subscribe on www.kithandkintheatre.com to be in the loop on season updates!)
All that said - if you are, or work with, an area theatre company, you haven't been ghosted. I've been hard at work to put in the systems to ensure you a better theatre criticism experience moving forward. You are welcome to put in your review requests through the contact page, the same as you are used to!
Thank you all for your continued support. For the love of the arts!
- Kimberly Laberge
